I am a New York-based mental health professional with a specialty in sex and relationships. I received my Master's in Social Work at NYU and a Master's in Human Sexuality Education and Therapy at Widener University.
Throughout my career, I have focused on many aspects of sexuality with a primary interest in alternative relationships (relationship anarchy, nonmonogamy, polyamory, co-parenting, blended families, chosen families, intentional communities, etc.) and sexual dysfunction.
I approach mental health from an existential lens, where there is room to question what is important to us as individuals and how to make the decisions that enhance authenticity.
